Aaron, 14, sells car on work experience
He may still be three years away from being allowed to drive a car of his own but 14-year-old Aaron Mills showed he has a big future as a salesman after selling a BMW on his first day of work experience in a used car showroom. Aaron’s success in getting the £2,295 asking price for the car has now landed him a Saturday job at the Lings Honda dealership, in Lowestoft.
Helping young people is good for business
Northend Printers in Sheffield are backing the new 14-19 Diplomas. They are providing opportunities for Sheffield students to gain valuable knowledge and experience for this national initiative that aims to combine both practical and theoretical learning in schools and business.
Students from Myers Grove and Stocksbridge Schools recently visited the company for a practical day of learning about the use of IT and Communication Technology in the design and print industry.
